Family home of football superstar George Best is up for sale.  The house at 16 Burren Way in the Cregagh Estate in Belfast has been the Best family home for over fifty years.   Following the death of his father earlier this year, the house has been put on the market for an estimated £160,000.  George Best, the legendary Northern Ireland and Manchester United football star, died in November 2005.  In the United States he played for the Los Angeles Aztecs, the Fort Lauderdale Strikers and the San Jose Earthquakes.  Belfast City Airport (BHD) was renamed in his honor on May 22, 2006, the date that would have been his sixtieth birthday. < Prev   Next >
