September 12, 2008: Ryanair flight 208 ran into difficulties yesterday en route from Dublin to London Stansted.  The equipment lost pressure at altitude, which triggered the deployment of the oxygen masks.  Some passengers reported that many of the masks didn't work.  The problem may be related to a tail strike: the aircraft struck the runway during take-off.   The Irish Department of Transport Air Accident Investigation Unit is currently analyzing the incident.  This latest issue with a Ryanair flight marks the third or fourth incident this summer. < Prev   Next >
