Starbucks [NSADAQ:SBUX] enjoys healthy gains in Ireland as the company reports revenues of €11.1 million, about $16 million. The chain is still running at a loss, according to numbers reported for the year ending September 2007; however, this loss has been reduced by over 66% from the previous year. The company, which operated twelve stores in Ireland in September '07, now has a total of twenty-three outlets, the majority of which are located in the Dublin area. The company is now in its third year of operations in Ireland. The company has reported that it will continue to grow its business in Ireland through the opening of yet more stores.
