November 2, 2009: Bó and Brí made a trip to the local Petsmart last night; they've been there many times before. They love the place: lots to sniff and the chance to meet dogs. As the pair trotted in, they met a seven month old Leonberger puppy at check out, who was excited and ready to play. The 95 pound puppy looked much larger than poor 83 pound Bó; however, Bó gave all the signals that it was playtime, as did the Leonberger. The pair romped around and the Leonberger did what Bó loves to do–whack dogs with his paw. He crouched down, then jumped up and pushed Bó's head down. Bó acted very submissively a few times, then bashed him back. Eventually, Bó got sick of being pushed around, leaned in and snarled at the other puppy. The Leonberger ignored him. He snarled twice before he was scolded. It seems that Bó is more of a "don't do as I do, do as I say" sort of dog.
